Are the rental and security deposit due before the delivery?
Yes, both rental and security deposit must be paid in full to confirm reservations. Security deposits are in case there is loss or damaged equipment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover for credit and debit payments, cash, and checks. Checks are only accepted for deposits or when payment is made at least 3 days in advance of the event. All payments are due before setting up your event.
By placing an order through our website you are required to pay the whole order.
What is the cancellation policy?
Refunds will be issued only if the reservation is cancelled two days prior to the rental date.
Do you charge tax?
Yes. We are required by law to charge FL sales tax for all rentals.
Delivery Time & Prices?
do you deliver or do i have to pick up the rental equipment?-
We Deliver & also if you prefer you can come to pick it up at our warehouse. A delivery charge based on distance will be charged . Your bounce house, slide, concession equipment, or any other delivered material will arrive anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours before your event. We will work with you to ensure that the material is delivered at the best time for your party.
